Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Liaison to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a Patient Liaison, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and professional equipment deliveries, and promoting our products and services to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and hospital personnel, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Equipment Delivery: Deliver medical equipment and supplies to patients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Marketing and Sales: Promote our products and services to healthcare professionals, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Insurance and Reimbursement: Verify patient insurance benefits, communicate financial responsibility, and collect payments using AdaptHealth's electronic tools.
  • Training and Education: Train patients and caregivers on equipment use and answer inquiries, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and support.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of work-related experience in healthcare, administration, insurance, customer service, or management.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, product knowledge, motivation for sales, ability to work independently and with a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

The work environment may be stressful at times, and you must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed. You will be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, and extreme temperatures. You must be able to travel independently throughout the service area and maintain patient confidentiality.
