The Commercial Installation Team Leader is instrumental in guiding and enhancing the installation workforce, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Facilitate installation team meetings and evaluate team performance
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members
  • Manage tools, equipment, and crew assignments effectively
  • Encourage transparent communication and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Installation Efficiency and Methodology

  • Work alongside crews to enhance performance and deliver training
  • Standardize installation practices and drive efficiency improvements
  • Engage in bid evaluations and project-related tasks

Safety Protocols

  • Advocate for safety awareness and personal accountability
  • Implement corrective measures for safety concerns and conduct site assessments

Training, Certifications, & Compliance

  • Design and execute training programs for new products and safety measures
  • Monitor and uphold necessary licenses and certifications
  • Stay informed on industry advancements and best practices

Team Development & Organizational Culture

Qualifications
