Production Planning & Warehouse Manager

Role Summary

Job Title: Production Planning & Warehouse Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to maintain seamless plant operations with minimal downtime.
  • Guarantee timely and cost-effective material availability for all operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily operations of warehouse staff.
  • Compile and maintain monthly inventory reports for each operational site.
  • Oversee the completion of monthly Cycle Counts.
  • Document monthly additions to inventory.
  • Deliver high-quality products that are cost-effective and meet or exceed internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate financial inventory control data.
  • Ensure off-site warehouse adheres to proper housekeeping protocols as per company policies.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial team regarding stagnant inventory movement.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
  • Ensure adequate levels of Hydrous clay are maintained for optimal warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years in Production Warehousing & Inventory Control Management, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications including finance systems, email, internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive demeanor and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask under pressure.
  • Capable of making independent decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Robust analytical skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Flexibility in work hours and occasional travel may be required.
