Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and manage safety compliance programs, staying informed on regulatory changes to ensure alignment with federal and state laws.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough safety and health inspections at facilities and job sites, collaborating with leadership to implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Incident Management: Investigate incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
  • Data Reporting: Analyze safety data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, assisting in compliance documentation.
  • Training Delivery: Design and conduct safety training sessions for various audiences, including internal staff and external partners.
  • Technical Advisory: Serve as a resource for internal safety committees and represent the organization in local and state safety organizations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: An associate degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
  • Certifications: Must obtain OSHA 30-hour Outreach Training for Construction within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in safety-related software applications.

Work Environment: The role involves working in various settings, including office, industrial, and field environments, with some travel required. The position may involve physical demands such as lifting and walking on uneven surfaces.
