We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Oiler/Rigger/Driver to join our team at ML Crane Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will assist the Crane Operator in maintaining and assembling cranes, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist the Crane Operator in assembling and disassembling cranes, following established procedures and protocols.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in morning tailgate discussions to review daily tasks and ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Class A CDL and NCCCO Rigger I certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
The employee may be required to wear personal protective equipment and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the workplace is moderate.
Physical RequirementsThe employee must be able to climb, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds. Additionally, the employee must have the ability to kneel, stoop, reach, and to push and pull.
