Salary Information
The salary range for this Registered Nurse position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse at BRIA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients. You will oversee daily operations, supervise nursing assistants, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be essential in guiding us towards achieving our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver direct care to residents, monitoring their condition and adjusting care plans as necessary.
  2. Oversee the performance of nursing assistants, addressing any concerns and promoting teamwork.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and medical history.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and respect among team members.

Requirements
For this role, we require a registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree, active licensure in Illinois, and current CPR certification. Additionally, you must have at least one year of experience in long-term care and excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
