Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at BRIA. As a skilled care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the highest level of comfort and dignity for our residents.
  • Provide support with mobility and transfer assistance, including lifting, turning, and positioning residents safely.
  • Participate in restorative and rehabilitative procedures to promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including charts and progress notes.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our nursing home, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents and staff.
Qualifications
  • Current, valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
  • No abuse records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Able to read, write, and spell, and understand and follow both written and oral instructions.
Requirements
  • Prompt and regular attendance is essential.
  • Requires valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois.
  • No prior convictions or history of abuse.
Benefits
