Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and manages deliveries of beer and liquor.
  • Prepares juices, mixes, syrups, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
  • Maintains an adequately stocked bar with necessary supplies such as glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
  • Monitors and addresses inventory levels proactively during preparation stages.
  • Delivers fresh juice to the kitchen for preparation and to the bar for non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Assists in upholding quality standards and cleanliness as directed by the Beverage Manager.
  • Ensures proper rotation of products and accurate labeling of perishable items.
  • Completes all assigned tasks related to the setup and breakdown of the bar prep area, ensuring readiness for the next shift.
  • Engages in continuous learning through staff training opportunities.
  • Provides assistance to other areas of the restaurant as requested by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the COQODAQ brand, culture, and product offerings.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (at least 50 lbs).
  • Capacity to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods across multiple floors.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Must be reachable via email and able to communicate effectively.
  • Professional appearance; grooming must align with company standards.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols and health standards for bar and food service.
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:

  • Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes is preferred.
