About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in the ICU setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty
