  • Waste Management
    • Empty full and heavy trash cans, ensuring they are sprayed and sanitized after each use.
    • Replace trash bags in containers after each cleaning, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Perform other duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
