Job Description

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for scheduling diagnostic tests and appointments for the radiology department, consistent with patient needs and requests. This position involves accurately scheduling and pre-registering patients into different computer programs for procedures and exams, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6+ months of experience with scheduling in healthcare, medical office
  • Experience with computer including windows-based programs and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work onsite at our Albuquerque, NM location
