About the Role:

The Manufacturing Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining the manufacturing schedule for the Fractionation area. This includes creating and managing production plans, coordinating with support groups, and ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and be able to analyze data to optimize production schedules. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules using system tools
  • Coordinate scheduling activities with support groups
  • Manage production plans and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with inventory technicians and warehouse teams to schedule and execute material transfers
  • Identify and contain issues as they arise, escalating them to management as needed
  • Develop and conduct training to support departmental needs
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of related work experience or an AA degree and 2+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing systems, such as Kaizen and Kanban
  • Customer service approach to daily work
Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Scheduler will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety and quality. They will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict gowning requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to work multiple shifts, including weekends, and be flexible to support business needs.
