We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead the development of our Eclipse RF portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision and direction for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solution Definition, Viability and Adequacy
  • Leads (system) architecture design and optimization activities, trades and analyses
  • Ensures system design and implementation meet technical requirements and customer/mission needs within allocated engineering cost & schedule
  • Ensures system design is realizable, maintainable, supportable and testable
  • Drives technical risk and opportunity definition, identification, and mitigation/realization
  • Technical interface to Customer, PMO and executive leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in a technical field and 12+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Subject Matter Expert with reciever technologies
  • At least ten years of experience in engineering development of complex electronic systems including transition to production and product sustainment
  • Proven ability to share and transfer technology across organizational boundaries to the benefit of our customers and the business
  • Working knowledge and experience in the development of Signals Intelligence Systems and mission applications
  • 10 years of experience as a chief engineer or equivalent leading development of RF EW Systems
  • Experience in the development of product strategy and associated technical roadmaps
  • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
