We are currently seeking MAINTENANCE SPECIALISTS to join our Iowa City location.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • High Efficiency
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts tasks as specified on repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Promotes lubrication services, safety inspections, and related offerings.
Maintains accurate records for regular clients, ensuring timely follow-ups through calls, mail, or personal reminders.

  • Checks vehicle fluid levels and replenishes as required.
  • Coordinates with the parts department to secure necessary components.
  • Records all services performed and recommendations on the repair order.
  • Reports any machinery issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of customers' vehicles.
Immediately informs the service advisor of any changes affecting the vehicle's condition or appearance.

  • Maintains a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Responsible for dealership-owned tools and manuals, ensuring they are returned in the same condition.
Completes other assigned duties as needed.
