Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer mentorship and support to fellow team members

  • Facilitate training for new associates
  • Ensure clear communication within the department and across the organization
  • Comply with safety regulations
  • Keep the department clean and well-organized
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in cooler temperatures for brief periods
  • Stand or walk for extended durations in refrigerated areas

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, such as food preparation
  • Bend and manage cleaning supplies
