About the Role

The Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services in a skilled nursing setting. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a passion for working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care and support services under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and personal care activities.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
