Effective collaboration with direct care personnel is crucial.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant human services discipline is mandatory
  • LCSW, MFT-A, MHC-A eligibility is required upon employment
  • Eligibility for independent licensure within two years of employment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, along with auto insurance, registration, and inspection
  • Bilingual capabilities are advantageous

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes and community sites

  • Strong communication skills are essential
