Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain systems, end-user devices, and applications, including FalconView, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office.
  • Provide support for server and database archives, as well as update and monitor application performance.
  • Exercise good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve outages and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the government customer to determine technical solutions and present findings.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification and TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Military C4ISR experience and experience with Windows Server 2k12/2k16 and Windows 10 administration.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military experience in a computer-related career field/discipline.
  • Experience with SCCM desktop management suite and virtual desktop brokers, such as VMWare View or Citrix XenDesktop.
  • Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Server+, CITRIX, NetApp, and ITIL v3.
