This role entails providing technical and operational assistance for audio-visual systems in various environments, including corporate, educational, religious, and military settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for:
  • Video Teleconferencing
  • Audio Systems (Program and Speech, DSP-based)
  • Video Wall Displays
  • Digital Signage Solutions
- Deliver an elevated level of AV technical expertise and support

  • Cultivate ongoing customer relationships to foster loyalty
  • Collaborate with manufacturers for equipment servicing and technical support
  • Offer operational assistance for meetings as needed
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Visio is required to interpret layouts and cabling designs.

  • Preference for candidates with three (3) years of experience in site surveys, cable installation, and strong networking skills
  • Ability to work at heights, including climbing ladders and scaffolding
