Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receivables Management Specialist to become a vital part of our finance team. This position plays a crucial role in our financial operations by overseeing the complete receivables process, which encompasses invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Receivables Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing all facets of accounts receivable, including invoice processing, collections, and account reconciliation.
2. Ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of customer payments.
3. Maintaining precise records of all accounts receivable transactions and generating monthly reports.
4. Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
5. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Netsuite or similar ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data.
7. Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
8. Upholding a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance sector.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Netsuite or a comparable ERP system.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliation processes.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
