Overnight Security Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Concierge Security to join our team at Dominican Village Inc. As a key member of our Concierge Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, visitors, and staff.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Security and Safety: Monitor the safety of residents through alarm systems, emergency call systems, fire, and security, using surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities and identify potential security threats.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls by contacting proper personnel and, if necessary, emergency services, ensuring a calm and organized response.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences, essential for audits and investigations.
• Visitor Management: Greet all guests/visitors/PDAs, entering their information into the Easy Lobby System, and ensure visitors apply identification stickers to their outer garment.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various clerical duties, including maintaining records, handling monetary transactions, and reconciling cash registers.
• Risk Management: Identify and report any situation that may result in injury or loss for any resident, employee, volunteer, and/or visitor, including risks or incidents that may affect business practices and successful operation.

• Education: Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License: Valid NY State Driver's License.
• Skills: Experience with multiple telephone lines, excellent customer service, and telephone etiquette, proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Suite, POS, etc.
• Availability: Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Appearance: Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance per Dominican Village policy.
