Inclusive Community Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Community Advocate at Katahdin Friends INC. As a Community Advocate, you will work closely with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide support and assistance in various aspects of their daily lives.
About the Position
This is a full-time role that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Maine driver's license. A registered and insured vehicle is also necessary. If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and personal care.
- Provide transportation to appointments and social events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
