Job Summary

This senior position will be part of our Retirement team and will participate in various retirement-related projects. The successful candidate will design, build, manipulate, and produce detailed analyses and reports as requested. They will also participate in the analysis, development, design, communication, and implementation of retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive retirement plans, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Field Management, vendors, and associates to resolve retirement-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support training and communications requirements for various retirement programs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and/or automate retirement processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors to ensure accurate and efficient program administration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or a related field; support of an HR function strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel skills (i.e., use of pivot tables and formulas).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; SAP software knowledge a plus.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
