Concrete Project Manager Job Description

A leading commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the company's growth and success.

This position is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area and offers a competitive salary, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete construction, with at least 5 years of experience in a project management role. They will be responsible for organizing resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.

The successful candidate will be a tenacious and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about projects and has a strong ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Qualifications
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial concrete construction
  • Previous experience in a concrete project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Take initiative and seek responsibility
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
