Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure system setups, determine hardware and software specifications, and execute system installations.
  • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans for server and network infrastructure enhancements.
  • Advise clients on system or procedural improvements.
  • Maintain communication with clients, keeping them updated on incident progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Demonstrate a strong client focus, effectively conveying technical concepts to clients of varying knowledge levels.

  • Participate in on-call support rotation.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional IT certifications are a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including:
    • Server applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and group policies.
    • Microsoft's core business applications (Exchange, SQL) and operating systems (servers and desktops).
  • Familiarity with remote access solutions, including VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
  • Experience with MS Azure, M365, and O365.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, Layer 2/3 switching, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
  • Experience with VMware up to version 7.0.
