LifeStance Health is Actively Seeking Outpatient Adult Psychiatrists

LifeStance Health offers outstanding opportunities for Staff Outpatient Adult Psychiatrists across various locations in New Jersey. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Our services encompass a wide range of outpatient behavioral health offerings, including: individual, group, and family therapy; medication assessment and management; and integrated behavioral health services. We encourage Residents and Fellows to submit their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Incorporate Tele-Health services
  • Provide outpatient services, Monday through Friday
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling and part-time opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package exceeding $300K in verified earnings
  • No compensation cap, with significant potential based on productivity
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, parental leave, continuing education, full malpractice coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Sign-On Bonus & Long-term Incentive Program with annual rewards.
  • Additional earnings available for collaboration with PMHNP-BC, though not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification is required.
  • Must possess an active New Jersey license or be in the process of obtaining one.
