Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Casual Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative rehab team at Fairview Northland Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient adult and pediatric populations and be willing to pick up weekday shifts throughout the year.
Responsibilities- Partner with patients and families to provide safe and effective delivery of care within scope of practice.
- Conduct evaluations, examinations, and assessments to determine treatment diagnosis and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement and modify plans of care based on reassessment and patient response.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Establish appropriate discharge plans and provide skilled intervention to patients and families.
- Certification by ASHA and Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Minnesota.
- Eligible for Temporary Minnesota License during Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Active Minnesota Basic Life Support certification.
