Claims Field Representative

We are seeking a skilled Claims Field Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. This role involves investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims, ensuring accurate settlements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses as needed.
  • Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspecting property and auto damages to write repair estimates.
  • Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants.
  • Utilize claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust losses in a paperless environment.
  • Provide superior and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Availability and communicativeness during regular business hours.
  • Desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
