Service Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
* Handle customer complaints and questions and follow up with internal personnel as required
* Coordinate with accounting to process customer credits and process purchase orders
* Assist sales personnel and generate supplemental sales
* Ensure warehouse items are available and follow agreed-upon minimum/maximum levels

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Location
This position is located in Temple, Texas, and requires ability to commute from Temple, TX. Relocation to Temple, TX is also required before starting work.
