Job Summary

The Resource Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the district's mission by providing resources and services to students, teachers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement resource plans to support student achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify resource needs
  • Provide resources and services to students, including academic support and counseling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
