Job Description

Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Resident Room Care Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, as well as common areas and equipment.

You will also be responsible for removing trash and soiled linens, and ensuring that all areas are safe and clean for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or commercial setting. A solid work ethic, ability to learn new skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
