Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to physicians and other healthcare professionals, including taking patient histories, vitals, and performing routine clinical procedures.
- Assist with patient education, documentation, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Participate in infection control procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
- 2+ years of professional medical assisting experience in a practice setting.
- National/Registered Medical Assistant Certification or obtained certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
