  • Assist the front-of-house team with refilling guests' glasses, expediting food, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Alert the server about any information or changes relating to the guests, ensuring seamless service.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition between courses.
  • Stock stations with necessary supplies, including silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
  • Pick up debris and clean spills promptly, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Take and make known of guests' special requests, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Remove used plates and flatware, and run food and beverages out to tables.
  • Provide coffee, tea, and water service, ensuring guests' needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of restaurant experience in a similar environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
