We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at BODIE INVESTMENT GROUP. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, including service requests, grounds maintenance, turnovers, and ensuring the community remains clean and orderly.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including service requests and grounds maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Assist with snow removal and salting of walks, porches, and other areas as needed
- Complete daily logs of completed work and report to the on-site manager
- Be available for on-call duties and respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in an apartment setting
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- An acceptable background check
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work professionally with residents and colleagues
