Senior HealthWe're dedicated to transforming health care, starting with primary care. Our high-impact relationship-based care model is particularly beneficial for adults on Medicare and those who require more attention. Our care model focuses on building strong relationships with patients, leveraging data to improve outcomes, and providing personalized care that addresses their unique needs.
The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Physician to join our outpatient practice in Puyallup, Washington. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our medical director to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. You'll have the opportunity to rediscover the joy in practice while working in a value-based care environment with a supportive team.
What You'll Do- Deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Partner with our care team to leverage our coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
- Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
- Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model.

- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

This is a full-time in-clinic position located in Puyallup, WA. The base salary range for this role is $265,000 to $285,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
