The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team in Puyallup, Washington. As a Senior Health Physician, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our geriatric patients.

You'll work closely with our medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of our older adult patients. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our care model.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of older adult patients.
  • Work closely with our medical director and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our care model.
  • Collaborate with our care team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
What You'll Need
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
