- Provide support for building operations and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Basic construction knowledge and experience
- Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid WA state driver's license with a clean driving record
