Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance

Team Recovery Ohio, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and plans to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Analyze quality metric data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) committee to ensure ongoing quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as an RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in clinical documentation within an EHR system.
  • Knowledge of Gmail, Google Chat, Google Tasks, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
