Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to coordinate patient care activities and services at Trinity Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in managing organizational change and continuous quality improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care activities and services according to the hospital's mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Integrate patient care services with all hospital departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited educational program for professional nursing.
  • BCLS certification, ACLS preferred.
  • Michigan Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Three years of clinical nursing experience.
