Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our electromobility products, particularly electric motors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement preventive quality assurance in projects, assuming the EPQ role (Engineering Product Quality)
* Participate in project management to ensure product quality and responsibility for quality processes
* Work closely with specialist departments to determine the need for action and prepare it for decision-making
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality aspects and compliance
* Evaluate and monitor risks, presenting information independently and transparently
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Several years of professional experience as a quality engineer with customer contact or as a developer of automotive components with a focus on quality management
* Expertise in Q methods and standards, applied problem solving, and product design
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite products
