At Wildcat Mountain, we're passionate about sharing the thrill of skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating lifelong memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
