At Wildcat Mountain, we're seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Snowsports Instructors. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages, providing world-class instruction and creating lifelong memories.

Job Summary:

Deliver high-quality ski and snowboard lessons to groups and individuals, focusing on creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and contribute to the success of our Snowsports School.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
  • Work with children and adults, adapting instruction to meet individual needs
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Support the Snowsports School team, assisting with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Offer constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to continue their snowsports journey
Requirements:
  • Comfortable skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in ski boots for extended periods
