Sales Representative

This role is responsible for driving the growth of Lincare Holdings' Home INR Testing Services within a designated sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve predetermined monthly referral goals for INR Home Testing and consistently grow the number of tests from new and existing referral sources.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources.
- Conduct in-service sessions for referral sources to educate them on the use and application of Remote Cardiac Services' equipment.
- Proactively address and resolve any complaints from referral sources.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for managing the sales territory.
- Provide marketing materials and information to customers as requested.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls and activities in the CRM system, submitting reports as required.
- Follow up with lost-to-competition referral sources to identify service issues and report findings to management for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts.
- Average 15 sales calls per day.
- Check and respond to emails daily.
- Adhere to all applicable safety and regulatory policies, including OSHA, DOT, FDA, and Emergency Planning guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Proven sales background, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Operate independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
