Astranis Space Technologies is revolutionizing global connectivity by developing innovative satellite technologies. As a Network Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high throughput satellite networks for commercial and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dimension ground solutions for commercial pursuits by working with Earth Stations Engineering/Operations, Network Operations, and Hub teams
  • Build Astranis's profile with the international business community
  • Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and partners
  • Shape our future product offering based on current trends, market insight, and customer feedback
  • Model and analyze satellite networks using in-house network software
  • Interface with Commercial, US Government, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Executive teams
  • Communicate externally our satellite network design, analysis, status, and health reports

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in satellite communications industry
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent background knowledge)
  • Excellent knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN architecture and familiarity with IP networking protocols/hardware
  • Experience with satellite network hub management and operations
  • Proven track record in strategic technical sales environments

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
