The University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach courses in the School of Planning. The college is a world-renowned institution, home to highly ranked programs and part of the largest public research university in Southwest Ohio.
The School of Planning prepares professionals for distinguished practice and spatially-based approaches with a focus on livable places and the creation of communities that enrich people's lives. The six academic programs within the school offer specific coursework about the planning and design of innovative futures for urban communities and regions.
Essential Functions- Teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars.
- May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework.
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of their responsibilities.
- Review and respond to all University-related communications.
- Other related duties as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a field related to specific course content is required.
Additional Qualifications Considered- Prior teaching experience.
