Alliant Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Improvement Advisor, Physician Practice to support successful local and statewide clinical quality improvement activities. The ideal candidate will engage physician practices to improve health care quality outcomes, lead quality improvement methodology implementation, and provide technical assistance to support quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage physician practices to improve health care quality outcomes
  • Lead quality improvement methodology implementation
  • Provide technical assistance to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Track and monitor data to document technical help and update contacts
  • Conduct onsite technical assistance to support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, education, or related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of quality improvement experience and working in an outpatient setting
  • Training in project management and quality improvement
  • Current physical residence in one of the states mentioned above
