  • Recruit and manage kitchen staff, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team
  • Rectify arising problems or complaints, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining records and reports

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist, grasp items, push, and pull while performing kitchen duties
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Experience and proven track record in a deluxe hotel or reputable free-standing restaurant
