Job Title: Industrial Hygiene Project Manager

Eocene Environmental Group is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Hygiene Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to industrial hygiene, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing technical guidance to project team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects related to industrial hygiene, including risk assessments, environmental monitoring, and exposure assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and ACGIH.
  • Provide technical guidance to project team members, including industrial hygienists, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling field surveys, conducting investigations, and managing subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, data, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial hygiene consulting or related field, with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, environmental monitoring, and exposure assessments.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and ACGIH.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in consulting.
  • Mentorship with project management tasks including scoping and budgeting projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management software package.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed and work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience. Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
