Role SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, install, and maintain personal computer hardware and software along with all associated peripherals. The technician will also be accountable for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing computers and peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify the source of technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to optimize system performance.
- Efficiently manage the installation of new systems and equipment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all tasks performed.
- Oversee the upkeep of testing equipment and repair tools.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with formal training and certification in computer repair or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in computer equipment repair.
