Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members, and greet customers in person or via phone and take orders professionally and promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, and help support shift management.
  • Oversee pre-close functions while ensuring service and food quality standards are maintained, and process daily reports.
  • Adhere to all waste tracking procedures and follow all food and labor cost best practices.
  • Master Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking, and handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation, and assist management with inventory control and stock ordering.
  • Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-train and coordinate scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service, and take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
Company Wide Responsibilities
  • Promote company policies and advocate for Team Washington, and assure proper attendance and actions.
  • Provide and receive positive feedback and/or constructive criticism, and maintain good communication with co-workers.
  • Serve as a resource for co-workers, and cross-train, learn how role interacts with other departments.
  • Work with manager and management to solve problems, providing suggestions as needed, and maintain clean and organized work area, taking ownership of surroundings.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality in information.
